Twycross News
Twycross is a small village in Leicestershire, UK on the A444. Parts of it are called Norton juxta — Latin for ‘next to’ — Twycross or Little Twycross.
It is in the Hinckley and Bosworth district. The village is home to Twycross Zoo, and Twycross Cricket Club which hosts a 1st and 2nd team while also holding a Sunday friendly team. It has a great youth set-up with under-15, under-13, and under-11 teams. It is named ‘Twycross’ because its centre lies at the intersection of three roads.
It is also home to a successful private school called, ‘Twycross House School’, as well as the world-famous videogame developer, Rare.
